The Team

Eddie Hunckler

The team's link to ND's Robotic Football team, Eddie has been working with Robotic Football for 4 years. He was aware of the need for distance ranging and thus our project was born. Eddie also lives in Keough Hall.
After graduation Eddie is moving to Chicago to work as a Systems Engineer.

Matthew King

How do I even begin to explain Matt King? He's flawless. He has two Fendi purses and a silver Lexus. His hair's insured for $10,000. And he does commercials, in Japan. His favorite movie is varsity blues. One time, he met John Stamos on a plane and John told him he was pretty.
One time he punched me in the face. It was awesome.

Stephen Michael McAndrew

His steady hands have made him the soldering expert of the team. Stephen has an exuberant personality which makes him a delight to work with. He got married last summer and currently moonlights as Hawkeye.
After graduation Stephen is moving up near Grand Rapids, MI to work for Gentex Corporation.

Kate Sanders

Einstein claimed "I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious" and that has resonated with me throughout this project. I did not start with coding expertise, ideas on positioning technique, mastery in electromagnetic fields/ waves, or even knowledge about the ND Robotic Football team. But I had curiosity; a willingness to learn. So I learned how to build functions with the DecaWave API, I learned how to spot inteference with magnetic fields, I learned the disparity between triangulation and trilateration, I learned Python (in two days), and it all made me more curious. It's been a pleasure working with these people on this project, and I can't wait to see what lies ahead.
After graduation Kate is moving to Kansas City, MO to work in power delivery with Kiewit Engineering and Design.
